From my life experience, I’ve seen many people suffer emotionally because of how others treat them. Often, the root of their pain is taking someone else’s attitude or behavior personally. But the truth is, most people are carrying their own burdens and projecting their struggles onto others.

The best way to protect your inner peace is not to take things personally. Instead, walk away with compassion and silently wish them well. It’s not always easy, but for the sake of your own well-being, it’s sometimes the wisest choice.
