I remember my parents always told me:” to be healthy is very important, be careful and be safe”. As a young teenager, I didn’t get their message until I broke some of my bones when I was wrestling. I went to the hospital and waiting in the emergency room. I saw other people around me in terrible pain. It woke up me to remember my parent’s message.

Last month one of my family members was in the hospital I went to visit and just listening to some of the patient’s stories reminded me of the same experience I had when I was young.

To be healthy is very important and “All the money in the world can’t buy you back good health”.
