به زندگی لبخند زدن
همیشه فکر می کردم،شغل معلمی کار آسانی ست،اما از وقتیکه خودم بعنوان«معلم ذخیره»درقطب شمال مشغول به کارشدم،باورم تغییر کرد.همینقدرمی توانم ٫بگویم کاری ست سخت،با مسئولیتی سنگین.
معلم درفضای محیط آموزشی بدون اینکه حتی خودش بخواهد درعرصه های مختلف درگیراست.او(معلم)نه فقط درنقش مدرس ،بلکه گاه نقش پدرومادر،روانشناس و…را خواسته یا ناخواسته بدوش می کشد.
در قطب شمال آمار خودکشی در بین جوانان بی اندازه بالاست،ونقش معلم دراین فضا وکاربا جوانان که به زندگی نه نگویند،وبمانند،کار آسانی نیست.٭
